Ellijay Florist & Gifts

I placed an order for delivery through their website 3 days before the specified delivery date for an Elijay address. On their website they indicate local deliveries are available "ACROSS ELLIJAY." I completed my order through the website. At no point in the process did anything indicate that my delivery request was outside their delivery area (most sites will come up with an error message if it's outside of range). My CREDIT CARD PAYMENT WAS PROCESSED and my order was confirmed via email. ON THE DELIVERY DAY, I received a phone call from the shop saying that would not be able to make my delivery as it was outside of their delivery area. When I questioned how this happened when I went through their approved methods and reviewed their website info, I was told that it was an outside problem that they had no control over. I understand miscommunications or accidents can cause this type of problem; however, during our conversation they refused to take accountability for the issue, indicated that it had happened to many others, and did not say they had any plans to make sure it didn't happen to other customers. It wasn't even until the end off a 5 minute conversation that I was offered a reluctant apology. SO BEWARE IF YOU ARE PLACING AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY. Do not go off of their website info unless you can confirm with the store.

Karen with Ellijay Florist was incredible from start to finish. She took my inspiration photos and brought them to life with such care and artistry that I was honestly speechless when I saw the final result. She was kind, patient, and so helpful throughout the entire process. And truly, the photos say everything. Her work transformed our wedding day into something unforgettable. I would recommend Karen to any bride or groom who wants florals that feel like pure magic.

I had a great first experience with Ellijay Florist after being referred to them by a couple of my co-workers. They put a beautiful bouquet together in the matter of hours for my wife for our anniversary. When I walked through the door the lady working in the front was working with another customer so I pondered around and found that they sold Hosana Revival Bibles which my wife loves. I ended up picking her up one that she had wanted and at a good price. If you are looking for a Christian oriented small business/florist, Ellijay Florist is THE place. They gained a life time customer today.

We can’t thank Ellijay Florist and Gifts enough for the wonderful arrangements they prepared. The “ Evermore Bouquet” was prettier than the florist photo. The boutonnière was matched beautifully. They supplied the freshest bunch of flowers to the bakery to decorate the cake. All the flowers lasted at least a week. And delivery was prompt. From the moment I was recommended to Karen at Ellijay Florist the experience was amazing. She listened to what I was looking for and created my dream! I was in constant communication with Karen leading up to our special day! Her and her team delivered the most beautiful bouquets and boutonnieres for the men. our arbor was a dream. Last minute I decided I wanted to add blue Thistle for a pop-up color. Sheena only was accommodating, but made sure my bouquet was perfect. Thank you so much for all your hard work!!

Karen at Ellijay florist and gifts was absolutely wonderful! She graciously worked with me without much notice, asked for my preferences, and delivered a beautiful product! We never met face to face, as all of our interactions were over the phone, but she captured my vision completely! My bridal bouquet and my groom’s boutonnière were absolutely perfect. Her customer service is top notch too. She went out of her way to help accommodate my family’s schedule on the day of our wedding. I am so glad I chose Karen at Ellijay Florist and Gifts for my wedding day flowers!
